Southern California's only overnight horror camp made its debut in August 2026 and sold out. Four nights. Four hundred acres. Five slashers hunting campers from 7PM until 7AM. The Inland Empire had never seen anything like it. And it is coming back.

Camp Coffin Creek is a fully immersive extreme overnight horror survival experience. You are not watching a slasher movie. You are inside one. Three professional haunted attractions, horror camp games that run through the night, an on-site special effects makeup workshop, horror movies on 25-foot outdoor screens, and a survival competition that crowns one camper the last one standing at the 6AM awards ceremony.

Pandemic Z is a professional immersive haunted attraction located at SC Village in Chino, California. Unlike standard Halloween walkthrough haunts, Pandemic Z is fully interactive and extreme. Guests are placed inside the experience rather than guided through it. Scare actors make direct contact, attractions involve real missions and survival scenarios, and new experiences are added every season so no two years are the same. Nightmare Rising operates select nights in October located in the Inland Empire, Southern California.

Nightmare Rising Haunt is located at SC Village, 8900 McCarty Rd., Chino, CA 91710. The property covers more than 400 acres in the Inland Empire, approximately 35 miles east of Los Angeles and accessible from the 60, 71, and 91 freeways.

Nightmare Rising is recommended for children 13 and over. If you have children that are sensitive to scares we offer "No Scare Necklaces"

Any guest 17 and under must be have waiver signed by and also accompanied by a parent

We offer GA and VIP parking options on a first come first serve basis.

It is best to purchase your parking in advance to take advantage of our discounts and make your arrival seamless.

If your purchase in advance simply show your parking QR code to the attendant to enter, you are also welcome to pay full price using cash or card with our parking attendants.

Upon entry you will be guided where to park your vehicle.

All persons entering the park will be subject to search along with their belongings prior to entry.

We currently allow small bags and purses ONLY, these items will be inspected before entry.

We do not allow any outside food or beverage, however we will have these available for sale at the event.

No costumes, face paint, prop, or hand held items are allowed inside.

Once you are past security you will simply scan your QR codes to redeem your tickets at the box office.

If you have not purchased your tickets in advance you will be able to purchase them at the box office using cash, card, or apple pay.

We do not accept Venmo, Cash App, Paypal, or other 3rd party payment options.

Generally the haunt actors will not touch you, however if you do participate in the zombies survival experiences you should expect some general contact. You will be required to watch a video prior to entering the experience and sign a waiver before participating. Minors under the age of 18 will require a guardian to sign on their behalf.

Mistreating any performer or staff member will result in your experience ending early.

Wearing heels and open toed shoes are discouraged, however we highly recommend comfy running shoes.

All ticket sales are final, however if you miss the event date you selected we will honor your ticket and make an exception to attend on a different date. All tickets have a one time scan limit, so if the ticket is scanned it is no longer valid for any other date.
